European Horizons, a think-tank founded at Yale University by undergraduate and graduate students, will hold on November 20-22 its first Youth Summit focussing on the “Transatlantic Digital Economy”. They aims to draw up a set of policy options which current young leaders deem essential for the digital economy.
As a partner of the summit, ETNO proudly supports this initiative as a meaningful way to foster trans-Atlantic dialogue on increasingly important issues such as emerging technologies and challenges around data protection.
I want European coordinated nets, meaning that we can all have the same telecom services giving us the best mobile broadband in the world, highest capacities and in the lead regarding 5G. That’s best for European citizens.
ETNO has been the voice of Europe’s telecommunications network operators since 1992 and has become the principal policy group for European electronic communications network operators. Its 41 members and observers from Europe and beyond are the backbone of Europe’s digital progress. They are the main drivers of broadband and are committed to its continual growth in Europe. ETNO brings together the main investors in innovative and high-quality e-communications platforms and services, representing 60% of total sector investment.
