DESI 2019: Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands and Denmark on top

The yearly Digital Economy and Society Index (DESI) is back! In 2019, all EU countries improved their digital performance, with Finland, Sweden, the Netherland and Denmark on the top. Some other countries however still have a long way to go, and the EU as a whole needs improvement to be able to compete on the global stage.
