The new composition of the European Parliament presents a fragmented landscape for tech policy.
Considering incoming lawmakers, the majority of candidates previously listed as tech players will return to Brussels: key returning MEPs include Kim van Sparrentak, Svenja Hahn, Brando Benifei, and Alex Agius Saliba. Newcomers include former Meta employees Aura Salla and Dóra Dávid. Potential commissioners are Eva Maydell and Marcel Kolaja. Departing lawmakers include Sophie in ‘t Veld and Dragoș Tudorache.

By partnering with the social enterprise Enaleia, our greek member OTE commits to removing over 90 tons of plastic by 2025, and is training more than 200 fishermen in sustainable practices, and recycling the collected plastics into new products.
